I love beef stew, but I have always picked out the meat, haha! Especially as a kid, I would just eat around the meat. As an adult, I felt like I “should” eat my meat! But I just don’t like red meat much. I’ve always included it in my stew, and then given it all to my husband. I just don’t enjoy it. Imagine my relief upon learning that I don’t “need” to eat it to be healthy! I feel like a whole new, guilt-free world has opened up to me. And my body, as well as my tastebuds, is thanking me for it.
