Cookie Dough Bites

These delicious little cookie bites are so good that you may want to eat them all in one sitting!  But don’t do it! Although they are packed full of healthy ingredients, they are high in fat. I like to save them for when my kids are having an especially tempting treat. Then I can pull one out and satisfy my craving for something sweet without any regret. And best of all, they are super fast and easy, and no baking is required!
